If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.




You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Your item should have the receipt or proof of purchase if possible.




Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via PayPal, your credit card or original method of payment, if possible.


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, or PayPal or other policies of the return method used for the refund.


Shipping and Fulfillment:

We try our best to ship in stock products within 2-3 days but it can take up to a week or more. We are not Amazon, and cannot promise or provide any guarantee of their style of or speed in fulfillment. If you need items in a hurry, please reach out prior to placing your order, we will do our best to help you, or let you know in advance if it is possible.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method, carrier, packaging, and any other element of the shipping process without notice. We do not guarentee any refund of shipping costs or the speed of the transit of the shipment, once shipped. In some cases we may offer to offset differences or offer refunds if the cost of the shipment changes. This may be offered in the form of a cash refund or a substitution of additional hardware or alternative hardware.

In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬≠refundable. In some cases, such as we inadvertently ship you the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping cost by any method we choose or deem best. We will send you an addressed shipping label for you to use to return the item(s). 

When you pay for shipping, this service is provided by the USPS and is entirely outside of our control. Once your items are packed and handed over to the shipper, it is their obligation and responsibility to provide the level of service that you choose, e.g. - 2 day, 3 day, standard, etc.. 

If you have expedited needs, we ask that you please email us at the time that your order is placed, so that we are aware of your expedited needs. We will always do our best to accommodate. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
